Mountain View Motel and The Avenue Licensed Restaurant are nestled in the pleasant rural landscape of Levin, Horowhenua. We are just a couple of minutes drive north of the town centre only a short 75 minute drive to the Wellington ferry terminal making it an ideal place to break your journey when heading north or south across the Cook Strait.

Units range from double studios to 2 bedroom family units and with 13 units there is a room to suit everyone. All rooms are clean, serviced daily and are comfortable and cosy. Mountain View is ideal for sports clubs, teams and tour groups. There's a swimming pool for the summer months, a guest laundry, SKY TV, wireless internet, a play-area and BBQ set in landscaped grounds. There's plenty of space to park a boat, trailer or truck off street.

Two bedroom Cottage

A lovely cottage that is perfect for larger groups and families or those simply wanting a little more space than the average motel room. The cottage is set at the back of the complex and has a front porch and private lawn area with outdoor seating.

The two separate bedrooms have a queen bed and two single beds and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining and living area with a good size TV and DVD player.
